No answering machine, no call-backs. I told him what we needed, a garbage disposal installation, but it was in an old home. He quoted me a price that I'm happy to say was less than I was quoted by other plumbers. We arranged a time for the installation, and he showed up on time, and with two assistants. We even received a text message letting us know when he was on his way. The job ended up being more complex than anticipated, but he stuck to his quote. The work was done quickly and efficiently. They were very professional but had a welcome sense of humor. I would hire them again without hesitation."
